Claire Benjamin IFSO Scheme Senior Solicitor; Lead Case Manager Fire and General discusses recent cases to the IFSO Scheme, and the common issues we see in complaints to the Scheme such as:

• Breaches of licence and exclusions for alcohol and drugs 
• Common motor vehicle exclusions and client misunderstandings about these exclusions
