• keep a record of our members, and
• keep a personal record of CPD, and 
• provide you and your employees with all our membership services from time to time.

Besides our staff, we may share some or all of this personal information with:

• your employers, and
• the publisher of CoverNote to prepare and publish it, and
• the provider of iNavigator, and
• our software and app providers, and
• other IBANZ members and their employees who attend our events, seminars or webinars from time to time, and those who subsequently view them on our website from time to time, and
• presenters of those events, seminars or webinars.

It is optional for you to provide this personal information to us. However, if you choose not to, we'll be unable to accept your membership, or if you are already a member, we’ll be unable to provide you with our membership services.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
