Complaints to FSCL are on the rise, including complaints about financial advisers, insurance and mortgage brokers.

This workshop will discuss a number of recent cases that have been investigated by FSCL and how they were resolved.

The workshop will also examine the causes of the complaints and how the complaints could have been avoided in the first place.
