Susan will talk about the common causes of complaints about insurance brokers, look at some recent cases FSCL has investigated and resolved, and lessons learned from complaints investigated.
Susan will explain how there is room for improvement in some brokers’ client communications, how better communication will result in better client outcomes and less probability of a complaint ending up before a dispute resolution scheme or regulator.
