Can your prejudices and existing views impact on your negotiations? The answer of course is yes.
Too often negotiations can go wrong and we don’t know why. One reason can be that you are bringing your prejudices and beliefs into the negotiation without understanding why and what effect this will have.
In the session Trevor will share with you ways to identify what ‘pushes your buttons’, the early physical signs of behaviour change and how to control these and prevent you being ‘part of the problem’
