This webinar, exclusively for IBANZ members, will outline FMAs expectations when FAP Regulatory Returns are completed and submitted. The session is intended for those management or support personnel who will be responsible for completing and submitting the annual return. 

All licensed FAPs are required to complete and submit an annual regulatory return. The first return, for the 12-month period ending 30 June 2024, is due by 30 September 2024.  

For the purpose of this webinar, the presenters will use the Class 2 Regulatory Return question set. By the completion of the webinar, attendees will have a sound knowledge and understanding about completion of the return and the expectations of the regulator. Q&a
