Q & A Forum Instructions

Posting questions:

1. From the Forum Home Page select ‘Post a Question’.

2. Provide a short title for your question in the ‘Question Title’ field.

3. Select the relevant ‘Category’ for your post.

4. Click Add. Your question has been posted to the forum.

5. You will now have the ability to upload 3 images to your post. Use the ‘Browse’ button to locate your saved image/s in your files and the text fields provided to label and        detail each image accordingly. Select ‘Upload’.

6. A question may be edited after posting via the ‘edit post’ button in the ‘View Topic’ screen.

Forum Notifications:

Questions:
When a question is posted to the forum all experts subscribed to the category
it is posted to will immediately be alerted to the new question via email.

Answers:
Once an expert has answered a question the member who submitted the question and all other experts for that category will be immediately alerted via email.

Daily Mass Email:
A daily mass email will be sent out at 9am each morning alerting all members to any questions and answers that have been posted across their selected categories in the preceding 24 hours.

Customising Category Preferences:

1. From the Q & A Forum Homepage select ‘My Profile’.

2. Uncheck the boxes of any categories that are not of interest to you.

3. Select ‘Update’.

To Note:

1. Members can add comments to other members posts but only experts are able to provide answers.

2. The forum is searchable by entering a key word in the ‘Search Forum’ field.
