Our second webinar from Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake (NHC) webinar will focus on helping you support client due diligence around natural hazards when they’re purchasing a home. Natural hazard risk is a reality of living in New Zealand, but the risks aren’t the same everywhere, so it’s important to make educated choices when deciding where to buy. We’ll discuss how you can help clients research natural hazard risks in an area, check a property’s features, and what to consider before making an offer. We’ll also share a range of resources you can use to provide trusted due diligence advice to your clients, to help inform insurance decisions. This session will be presented by Hamish Armstrong, Public Education Manager for NHC Toka Tū Ake.
