Sometimes the IFSO Scheme gets cases that appear straightforward but on investigation the complexities of the dispute are revealed. Finn Pethers-Boak, Solicitor and IFSO Case Manager, and Isabel Sheat, IFSO Case Manager, review some of the cases they have seen over the past year that they think are interesting.

In this half hour Finn and Isabel will cover cases involving reasonable care, situations where customers have declined insurers’ settlement offers, and more.
