Every business has a goal to be successful and plans are set to reach those goals.  How we set these goals and more importantly how we minimise the risk of failure is an important process that, if not completed well, may mean those goals are not met.

In this session an easy-to-understand business risk model and process will be explained which can be applied to any business or personal goals.  It will show you how to identify risks, assess their impact and likelihood and how to respond to those risks.  A model of goal setting will also be touched on.
