Insurance policies require customers to comply with insurance investigation, but how far is too far?  

This webinar will give practical examples from IFSO Scheme cases where reasonable requests are being made of customers, and when they are not. 

We will look at examples of what a fair investigation process should do, and what it shouldn’t and importantly, how do cooperation Conditions fit with the Fair Insurance Code, and CoFI obligations. Attendees will be polled on their opinions, so we are looking for some robust interaction!
