Todd will present on the importance of taking a forensic approach into the investigation of fires and other losses, and how important the process is to ensure insurers can make fact-based decisions on claims. He will work through important issues such as managing bias, gathering information in a robust way to a ‘court ready’ standard, and how lessons from investigations can be used to help manage risk.  He will also touch on current trends and ways brokers can help their clients reduce their risks from fire.
