Natural hazard risk is a reality of living in New Zealand, but the risks aren’t the same everywhere, so it’s important to make educated choices when deciding where to buy. We’ll discuss how you can help clients research natural hazard risks in an area, check a property’s features, and what to consider before making an offer. We’ll also share a range of resources you can use to provide trusted due diligence advice to your clients, to help inform insurance decisions.
