Stephanie will also talk about the situations when a FSCL case manager might suggest conciliation as a way to bring the complaint to resolution, and will give some tips on how to approach a conciliation conference. With reference to some real-life case examples, Stephanie will also discuss why the conciliation process can be a more effective way of resolving a complaint than a decision being issued, and the benefits of conciliation for both parties to the dispute.
